The CST Lineage

Wing Chun passed from Grandmaster Ip Man to a select few who carried the art to its highest refinement. Master Chu Shong Tin developed internal power through the first form alone to a degree unseen in the tradition.

This is the lineage we practice. Not sport martial arts. Not performance. Internal power, structure, and intention.
